Board of Directors
Ms. Yu has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Board of Directors of the Company since September, 2006 and the Chief Executive Officer and President of Qianzhen Mining ("Qianzhen") since 2002 where She is responsible for the overall strategic planning, management and development of Qianzhen Mining. Ms. Yu has been in the mining industry for more than 25 years and she also serves as the Vice Executive President of the China Fluorite Industry Association. Prior to Qianzhen, she served as General Manager of Dalian Zhikun Metal Material Co. Ltd. ("Zhikun"). Before Zhikun, she held various positions in Gansu Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Construction and Installation Company ("Gansu") including cashier, financial accountant, and later as a financial supervisor in Labor Service Company, a subsidiary of Gansu. Ms. Yu obtained an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Tsinghua University in 2005.
Mr. Cui serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources, Inc.He has more than 20 years’ experience in the mining industry. He is currently a director and deputy chairman of Inner Mongolia Wulatehouqi Qianzhen Mining and Processing Co., Ltd and of Inner Mogolian Xiangzhen Mining Co., Ltd. starting from May 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Cui worked at Gansu Province’s No. 3 Geological Team as a technician, engineer and team leader and deputy general manager at Baiyin Trading Company in Gansu Province. He graduated from the Xi’an Geology College.
Mr. Xu has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry. Since 2002, Mr. Xu has served as director and President of Inner Mongolia Wulatehouqi Qianzhen Mining and Processing Co., Ltd and of Inner Mongolian Xiangzhen Mining Co., Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Xu served as a technician and superintendent at Inner Mongolian Huiyaokou Iron Ore Plant, as well as deputy general manager of Inner Mongolian Dongshengmiao Mining Co.,Ltd. Mr. Xu graduated from Lianyungang College of Chemical Mining.
Mr. Zhang Jian － Independent Director Mr. Zhang Jian has over 30 years experience in nonferrous mining, project construction and management，and is currently an external director of China Construction Materials Company Ltd., and serves as Chairman of the an expert committee of China International Minerals Investment Company Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang worked as a technician at the 4th Construction Company under the Ministry of Metallurgy manager and general manager of the 4th Construction Company and Bureau Chief of Construction of China Nonferrous Industrial Corporation Chairman and President of China Nonferrous Construction Group President of China Nonferrous Mining Construction Group. Mr. Zhang graduated from environmental engineering department of Xian Mining Architecture College in 1968.
Mr.Yang You Ming － Independent Director Mr. Yang You Ming is currently Chief of the Nonferrous Geological Prospecting Bureau of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. He has 25 years experience in nonferrous geological prospecting field and was responsible for the prospecting of number large sized nonferrous mining projects in China. Prior to that, Mr. Yang worked as a Chief Engineer at the Nonferrous Geological Prospecting Bureau of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region technician and project leader at the No.106 Nonferrous Geological Survey Team of Gansu Province’s prospecting Bureau and manager responsible for geological prospecting projects at China Nonferrous Corporation .Mr. Yang studied geology and graduated from Central South China Mining and Metallurgy College.
Mr.Bennett is the Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has over 25 years’ experience as CFO, Professor and Consultant. His abundant working experience in China has assisted Chinese firms to develop "Good Corporate Governance" and transparent infrastructures. He is a CPA(inactive) and had experience working for one of the top auditors in the world, Grant Thornton. He was graduated from Michigan State University. Currently, he also holds position for other two US－listed Chinese companies: China AgriTech Group, Inc (CAGC, Amex) (Audit Chair － Audit Committee BOD) and China Pharma Holding, Inc. (CPHI, OTC－BB) (Audit Chair－Audit Committee BOD)  Mr. Konman Wong — Independent Director Mr. Konman Wong is currently Managing Director of Action Precision Ltd., a metal casting manufacturer for the telecommunication industry.
